Small actions create big changes.

i

Each person on the team gets the deck and a company code for aim. Day one asks six short questions — about a minute. Then, every workday, one card and one tap. The manager gets a Monday note with the week's number and a word about anyone who hasn't started or has gone quiet.

Day sixty asks the same six questions. The final report puts the two side by side, with participation across the whole run — every number stated with what it's a share of, so it can be checked on the dashboard.

Employee

Draws the card. Taps once.

i
One physical card from the 1% Better Deck each workday, and one tap in aim to say it happened — with a private note if they like, which no one else ever reads. Days played is a count, never a streak: nothing resets, nothing goes red.

Manager

Sees who's playing. Never the notes.

i
A dashboard of names and days: who checked in, how many days each person has played, and the team's number for the week. A note when someone hasn't started or has gone quiet three days. A report every Monday, and one at the end — with the six questions before and after, shown only as team averages once at least three people have answered.

Company

Pays per seat, after the 60 days — if it worked.

i
The sixty days are the trial. At the end the final report says what moved, in numbers the manager can check. Continuing is one button: a monthly per-seat subscription billed to the company, cancel any month. If not, the program ends quietly and everyone keeps aim.

No streaks. No leaderboards. No one sees anyone's notes.

i

Names and days — that's the whole of it. Not the private note behind a tap, not anyone's hours or money in aim, and never one person's survey answers. The six questions reach a manager only as the team's average, and only once at least three people have answered.

No streak counters that punish a sick day, no ranking of people against each other, no red. Participation is arithmetic, never character.
